Eligibility
- This exclusive service is provided by Hanjin Travel, sister company of Korean Air, for passenger traveling on Korean Air.

Contract
HOTEL/TOUR/SHOW
- Contract between you and Hanjin Travel shall come into existence whte Hanjin Travel receives your reservation request and issues an official email confirmation after checking the availability.
- You understand and accept these reservation conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
- The Price (net) shown on the first page of hotel menu is not inclusive for additional charge(VAT+Service Charge). The Price (INC, Inclusive) will be shown when customers pay in "MY RESERVATION STATUS".
- Agent Commission percentage (%) is applied to (net) price, normally opened price of Hotel fee, not (INC) price.

RENTAL CAR
- Rental car service is provided by AVIS. A 35% discount will be offered to KAL Holidays customers who drive the rental car with out a chauffeur.
- Contact AVIS directly for any questions regarding reservation, change, confirmation or payment.
- Any complaint or claims related to car rental must be made to AVIS.
- Customers must comply with any rules and regulations set by AVIS. When picking up the vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement provided by AVIS.

Minimum time for booking request
- Booking request for travel arrangements(hotel/tour/show) will not be accepted less than 72 hours prior to the check-in date and/or tour date, unless otherwise specified.

Price
- Prices shown on this web-site may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price contained in our official email confirmation will NOT be affected by any change of price.
- Hotel Room rates which customer pays do not include breakfast but includes added Tax (10%) & Extra Service Charge.
 

Child fare in optional tours
* Child ( age 2~11) :
- 75% of adult fare based on sharing a room with companies without an extra bed.
* Child (age 1~11)
- 90% of adult fare based on sharing a room with companies with an extra bed.
* Under age 2
- Free of charge based on no meal & no bed.

Accommodation
- This is not a real-time hotel reservation system. You will be notified of the status of your request within 1 hour to maximum 48 hours.
- Confirmation will be sent to you by email. Once an official email confirmation is issued, you can print the confirmation by clicking on ¡° My Reservation Status¡±.
- When Hanjin Travel is unable to confirm the initial requested hotel, an alternative will be proposed to you by email and confirmation will be sent upon receiving your acceptance of the alternative.

Tours
- 1 hour to maximum 72 hours are necessary to check the availability of requested tour. Confirmation will be sent to you by email. Once an official email confirmation is issued, you can print out the confirmation by clicking on "My Reservation Status".

KAL Limousine Bus
- Please note that there will be no refund or exchange after the payment is received.
- Adult fare is applied for ages from 7 and above.(Free for 6 and under)
- Discounted fare is applicable only if your hotel is included in the KAL Limousine Bus itinerary.
- The price is based on one person and on way. Print out the ticket after purchase.
- Ticket printing is available at "My Reservation Status" as well after purchase.

Traditional Performances(Shows)
- 1 hour to maximum 72 hours are necessary to check the availability of requested performance. Confirmation will be sent to you by email. Once an official email confirmation is issued, you can print the confirmation by clicking on " My Reservation Status". Print your confirmation ticket and exchange it for your seating ticket at the theatre ticket booth.

Rental car
- Rental car service is provided by AVIS. A 35% discount will be offered to KAL Holidays customers who drive the rental car without a chauffeur.
- Contact AVIS directly for any questions regarding reservation, change, confirmation or payment.
- Any complaint or claims related to car rental must be made to AVIS.
- Customers must comply with any rules and regulations set by AVIS.

Payment
- Payment must be made by credit card.
[Hotel / Tour / Traditional Performances]
If you fail to pay in total in 7 days upon receiving official email confirmation, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
[KAL Limousine Bus]
Payment must be made at the time of purchase the ticket.
[Rental Car]
You must follow AVIS's rule & regulations and payment must be made directly to AVIS when you pick up the vehicle.
- If you fail to pay in total in 7 days upon receiving official email confirmation, the reservation would be cancelled without notice.

Amendment
- If there are any changes in check-in date and/or tour date, you must cancel your original reservation and make a new reservation.
- Amendment to the number of rooms and/or number of guests in the tour can be made just by emailing to us with your reference number.

Cancellation
- Cancellations directly to the hotel/theaters have no validity. It is a mandatory to make cencellations through this website.
- Website cancellation must be made during Hanjin Travel working hours.(Monday through Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
- Any charges incurred in the process of cancellation or change must be paid by the person who is cancelling or changing.



Any unused portions of the tour, hotel accommodation, meal and other services are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
